Show Notes

Romans 9 is a difficult section of scripture, seeming to indicate that God chooses some people to bless, and others to destroy. Most people find this idea incongruous with a loving God. By delving into the broad scope of scripture, Semitic idioms, and the nuances of the Greek text, this teaching brings to light the truths in this chapter. God is indeed, loving, merciful, and patient.

Verses: Rom. 9:1-33; 10:9; Gen. 25:21-23; Matt.2:18; Mal.1:1-3; Exod. 4:13; 8:19; 9:13-16, 20; 11:3; 12:37; Jer. 18:1-10
