This teaching clearly sets forth the difference between salvation and the rewards that Christ will give to those believers who have earned them. It presents compelling evidence that it is not wrong to strive to get rewards in the Kingdom. The Apostle Paul states that we are to labor, even agonize, as we run in such a way as to receive the prize.
